There are various packaging forms of medicines. This paper discusses how hot foaming technology can help to implement serial identification in pharmaceutical industry according to the compliance of PE bottles and cartons of syrup and powder products.

The hot foaming inkjet printer is installed between the bottling and labeling stations of Prospan® cough syrup. After being integrated with the existing Pago label system of the production line, it is mainly responsible for printing the best taking date and information barcode on the label after bottling the syrup.
